Eastern Draw, LLC was established by managing member Tracy Huneke.  Tracy is the founder of a school that has had full accreditation from the State of Connecticut Department of Higher Education since 2009.  Over 1,600 students have completed the school's phlebotomy, medical assistant, patient care technician and certified nursing assistant programs, which have a 100% graduation rate.  Additionally, Tracy has served as an expert witness with the CT Superior Court, is on the Advisory Board of the National Healthcare Association, and was a 2024 recipient of the Connecticut Hospital Association Healthcare Hero Award.

Since December of 2020, Eastern Draw has been under contract to perform on-site phlebotomy for pharmaceutical companies in need of specimens to be obtained for research purposes.
